I'm a mother and mindfulness teacher who lives in Bray, Ireland. I also work in education and training for a foster care charity. I'm deeply interested in and inspired by the intersection of contemplative practice and compassionate social and environmental change, such as is practiced through socially-engaged buddhism. How to truly take care of ourselves, each other and our earth without burning out, and instead, to experience this as a path of belonging and joy, is my main area of study and practice. I'm very grateful to be part of this community of deep learning and engagement.
